Clubhouse Chat Series Chosen for Inaugural 'Accelerator Program'

LOS ANGELES — The Clubhouse chat series "Sex Profiteers" hosted by Magalie Rheault, COO of Evil Angel, and Cyndi Pham, CEO of Dirty Hen, has been selected a finalist for the platform's inaugural "Creator First" accelerator program.

The series joins a field of 60 finalists selected from over 5,000 show concepts, a rep noted, and will compete to be showcased on Clubhouse as a recurring series on the app.

Both hosts are also co-founders of the boutique marketing firm Agency Bardo. Recent guests of the series include Ana Foxxx and Misty Stone, repping for Playboy Plus.

"From a business standpoint, I feel like the topic of marketing sexuality has been taboo for far too long. The adult industry has always been at the forefront of technology, content distribution and marketing but is often marginalized," said Pham. "There are a lot of people who speak for our industry but there are not enough voices from within included in the larger conversation. To be able to connect with Clubhouse’s listeners gives us an incredible opportunity to help further normalize the discussion."

Clubhouse announced its “Creator First” program in March, explained the rep, to support and curate content on the platform, similar to TikTok and YouTube creator programs.

“Having been an early adopter of this app, I’m incredibly proud to be part of Clubhouse’s 'Creator First' program," Rheault said. "I believe it’s important to be at the forefront of new technologies and progressive platforms like this one. We wanted to give a voice to our industry and bring on conversations and guests that are exciting, relevant and that have successfully monetized their brand or product in that space."

"I am honored that our show was selected amongst such great concepts, and to be able to share knowledge and expertise with this great community," she added.

Beginning on May 10, all pilots in the accelerator program will be hosted via Clubhouse HQ.
